Explore Past Lives
Journey into the fascinating world of Past Lives! In
this class you will get to discover and explore the
fascinating world of past lives through guided
meditations lead by Clinical Hypnotherapist, Lori Shen.
Exploring past lives through guided meditation is very
safe, and it’s a fun and unique way to gain wisdom and
insights that could prove very valuable in your present
life.

Communicating With Your
Body
Our bodies are FULL of
information. They are constantly sending us messages and
trying to communicate with us. Whether you have a sore
throat, a bad knee, chronic pain, or even an illness,
your body is talking to you all the time. In this class
you will learn about the foundations of energy medicine,
and how to talk to and listen to your body. You will be
taught techniques that you can use in your everyday life
to get information about your body, and promote your own
healing. This is what the Mind, Body, Spirit connection
is all about.

Beginning Meditation
Series
Meditation is the practice of paying attention and
focusing your awareness. It has many wonderful benefits,
and can help improve the quality of your life on very
deep levels. Learn how Meditation is the foundation for
expanding your intuition, how it helps you tap in to your own
inner guidance, it helps with focus and
clarity, and has many wonderful physical benefits as well.
This is a beginning class for anyone who has an interest
in learning the basics of meditation. In this class you
will learn about the benefits of meditation, tips for
getting the most out of your meditation sessions, and a
variety of techniques to try so that you can find the
style that suits you best. You will have many
opportunities to practice and the class is kept small so
that you will have my personal guidance and input as you
make your way through your own meditation process.

Reiki Class - Levels I,
II and III
Learn the ancient hands-on healing art of Reiki! In this
three part class, you will become certified in all three
levels of Reiki, including the Master Level.
Reiki is one of the oldest, most well-known energy
healing modalities. Its origins can be traced back to
well over 2,500 years. Reiki's ease and power is
incomparable. In this class you will learn powerful
healing and energy balancing techniques, as well as the
chakra system, and laws for practicing in the State of
Washington. Reiki can be used on people, animals, plants and
spaces. You can even do distance healing with incredible
results.
There will be many demonstrations and hands-on
practice. All levels of experience are welcome. This is
a perfect class for people new to energy healing, and
also for those experienced healers looking to learn or
advance their Reiki abilities.
This class will be three days, held over one weekend. There
will plenty of practice time for you to integrate the teachings, and I will also provide ample
opportunities to get questions answered.
