Hypnobabies Class Notification:
Unfortunately I am not able to teach the
Hypnobabies
course in 2008 due to scheduling conflicts. However,
Hypnobabies offers an AMAZING
home study
course, and I encourage you to check out that option.

The
Hypnobabies program is taught in a series of five
weekly classes. We suggest that our hypnomoms be between
five and seven months pregnant at the time of their
hypnobabies class, although any time is fine to enroll!
Students are taught real
medical hypnosis techniques and are expected to practice
on their own, outside of class, to continue to develop
the tools they have learned to have a positive and
beautiful birth.
Each class is three
hours long and covers a variety of topics including:

works Nutrition and prenatal exercise
▪xChoices in health care
▪xCreating a birth plan
▪xThe stages of birth, AND several sessions
of hypnosis
●xrelated directly to your birthing time.
All of your materials are
included with the class fee. You will receive:

▪xQuick reference Guide
▪xSpecial Place/Painless Childbirth CD
▪xA five CD album which includes relaxation
music,
