This Space clearing and personal clearing work is based in Chinese Medicine. The goal is to get the “Chi” flowing throughout your space and bring your space back to a “clear and balanced state.”
This clearing work is mostly done remotely, and can be done anywhere in the world.
Cancellations, Late and Missed Appointment Policy
Scheduling an appointment means you adhere to this agreement and all agreements below. Please read all policies thoroughly.
Payment: All services are PAID IN FULL, IN ADVANCE; at the time the appointment is made. Exceptions are made for appointments that cannot be made through the online scheduler and have to be made by contacting the office of Lori Shen. These appointments will be invoiced and payment will be due 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancel or Reschedule: Please provide notice to hello@lorishen.com at least 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. There are no refunds for clients who either cancel inside the 48-hour cancellation period or fail to show up on time for a booked appointment.
Late Policy: The clock begins and ends at the scheduled appointment time. If you do not show up within a 10-minute window, your appointment will be canceled without a refund.
